Most of us are well-diversed in purchasing through and using online store fronts. Every once in a while one can feel a bit more clunky or cumbersome. Every once in a while there will be something that doesn't feel truly intuitive. Every once in a while... that is my storefront.
If you run across anything that is giving you trouble, it may be here in this help check list. Please let me know if you come across anything clunky, not working, or issues that I can add to this list.
This process is best done on a laptop/desktop instead of your phone.
DOWNLOADING YOUR IMAGES
If this is a session where all of your images are included your images are available for download as a gallery.
In the upper right hand corner use the down arrow to download them all as a gallery.
You can also download them individually by selecting the image to go in full screen mode, and then selectin the download arrow in the menu along the bottom of the image.
If your session does not include all of your images, you'll have to check out fully, with your coupon code or gift card code where applicable, with your chosen images.
Hover over, or click on, your chosen image, and select the shopping basket to choose HOW you want to purchase your image (digital, wall art, album etc).
Keep reading below with more help on choosing your images for your digital image package (Multi Image Product) and checking out using a gift card or coupon code if your session came with a certain number of images included, but not all.
Once you've PURCHASED/Initiated download your images, if applicable, your file will start auto downloading, an email will be sent to you with a link to download the file when it is ready. The link will be available until the expiration date.
QUICK TIP
Your digital files purchase options can be found in the PACKAGES location of the store menu.
Once you click on your image, and select the shopping purse in the bottom right hand corner, a menu will pop up on the right, select PACKAGES and the submenu will replace it with package options, to include Digital Packages.
SELECTING MULTIPLE IMAGE PRODUCTS
- Login to your gallery with your email and the password provided below.
- Hover over an image that you want to include, and select the purse in the bottom right corner.
- A menu will pop up on the right hand side with purchase options. This will bring up purchase options menu categorized by prints, digital images, packages, and add on products.
Select PRODUCTS to view your package options.
Scroll down to the Albums and select the size you would like to purchase.
(Digital Image purchase options are in PACKAGES).
For Example, click on the 10x10 album and the description lets you know you will need to choose up to 30 images to fill the album.
Click ADD TO CART.
The system will let you know that the item is incomplete and that you will have to add images. Select the grey + box in the image selection to begin adding images. NOTE, the image you see above is the image you are adding. You have already SELECTED this image, now you have to ADD it to the album by using the grey +box below.
Once you have clicked the ADD IMAGE - grey + box, you will see it has added the image to the album.
You will then have to select ADD MORE IMAGES down below.
Selecting ADD MORE IMAGES takes you back to the main gallery where you can select another image (one at a time) to your album.
To select the next image for your album, HOVER over the image with your cursor and select the SHOPPING PURSE in the bottom right hand corner to add the image to your album.
The menu will pop up on the right hand side, select the grey + box to add the image and then select ADD MORE IMAGES to go back to the main gallery.
Continue this process until all images are added to your product.
Note that the albums have a preselected number of images that come with them, any additional images over that number will be added to the count as an additional charge in the cart. If you choose less than the number of images required it may not let you check out until you hit the minimum, if there are a number of images less than the maximum the album comes with, I will fill in the remaining images with my choices unless otherwise noted by you.
QUICK TIP
CLICKING on the photo instead of hovering over it to select the purse will result in a full screen image. You can still click on the purse in the menu along the bottom edge of the photo to add it to the album. BUT instead of going back to the main gallery when you select "add more images" it'll take you back to the full screen image.
REMEMBER don't use the browser back button, use the GALLERY back button in the upper left hand corner.
Selecting the image, bringing it to full screen, you'll lose your cart option in the top right hand corner. The hamburger menu in the top right hand corner is for account details, not your shopping options.
Select the back button for the gallery in the upper left hand side, or select the purse along the bottom menu to see your purchase options/menu again.
If you get stuck in the PURCHASE MENU, select the back button, for the menu itself, NOT the web browser back button.
YOUR CART
If you select VIEW CART, it will take you to the items that you have created.
You can select EDIT under any of those items to change any details including adding or changing images.
You can select CONTINUE SHOPPING to take you back to the main purchase menu.
SELECTING IMAGES FOR YOUR SESSION GIFT
If your session comes with a number of images, you're likely going to have a gift certificate or coupon code to "Purchase" those images via checkout.
- See above for selecting Multiple Image Products like a package of Digital Images.
- See below with assistance using a certificate or code at checkout.
If your session comes with a gift, such as an album or a print, and you want say in which images come with that gift, you have 24 hours from the time of gallery release to choose your preferred images. (The production turn around time for the gifts is swift, so after the 24 hour mark changes cannot be made and I will choose the images for the gift if applicable.)
To choose the images, you just have to use the heart icon and comment box.
You can do this by selecting the image you'd like to "favorite" for your session gift. This will bring it up in full screen mode.
Once you select the heart to "favorite" the image, the heart will just fill in.
Once you select the comment box icon, a comment box will pop up along the right hand edge of the image for you to enter "session gift" into the comment box. DON'T FORGET to select "send".
This will bring up a chat box, you do not have to send anything else, however the option is there to continue sending messages about this specific image.
Follow this same process for each and every image you'd like to be considered/included in the session gift.
SELECTING YOUR REVIEW GIFT PRINT
Did you know I offer an 8x12 gift print to anyone that loved their session and leaves me an honest review within 30 days of their gallery release?
Not only that, but anyone who loved your photos can leave a review to receive a gift print as well: Mom, Dad, Siblings, Grandparents, Friends, Coworkers, Event guests etc.
In order to select your review gift print - you follow along the same steps above for selecting your session gift. HOWEVER the comment must have more detail.
- Favorite the image by selecting the heart.
- Comment on the image with "Review Gift Print, NAME, ADDRESS" if the address is different than the client's.
- Don't forget to select "Send"

Like, did you know only star ratings, even five stars, don't weigh heavily in Google SEO. You have to leave comments with your star rating to really help your favorite businesses climb the ranks. CHECKING OUT
Once your order is complete and finalized, you'll now need to check out. Select "View Cart".
If you have a coupon code you will apply it in the next screen, BEFORE CHECKOUT.
- Enter the coupon code.
- Select APPLY.
- Then select CHECKOUT.
After selecting checkout, you'll be taken through the checkout process to include
- Billing Address
- Shipping Address (if different than billing)
- and Payment options
After entering in your billing address you will be asked if this is the same or different address than your shipping address preference. If you select different you will be asked to enter in a different address than billing to have your items shipped to.
Select CONTINUE
You'll then be taken to the Secure Checkout Page. This is where you enter your Gift Card/Certificate number if applicable.
Select APPLY to apply your gift card.
If you have a balance, you'll then need to enter in a secondary payment.
If you do not have a balance, just ensure you've selected SUBMIT ORDER and received the confirmation email.
QUICK TIP
Coupon Codes are different, and entered in a different part of the checkout process, than Gift Cards/Certificates.
Unless otherwise offered your gift card/certificate or coupon code can only be used for digital items when there are images included in your session fee. Any order using the gift card/cert or coupon code for products not offered will be cancelled.
IF you would like to purchase more images or products beyond the included gift certificate value, your code will then leave you with a balance of which you can pay with a secondary payment.
